There's no evil editing or forced rivalries going on (for now - please keep it this way).ĭamn I was not expecting Qian Zhenghao to drop to F. Even though it's fundamentally a competition, everyone's so supportive of each other and it's so lovely. Had to watch the episode twice, and then some (it's offiical, I have no life), but I've finally calmed down enough to make a coherent comment. Wanna One just released the first teaser to their comeback and I couldn't focus lol so the mentor is teaching them to cough lol Strict Kyulkung unleashed! LOL at Kyulkung almost laughing when Nongnong said he's only been dancing for two months.į trainees vocal training. RIPĪ trainees dance training: LMAO these trainees. Zhenghao sang it in a lower register, which I think he's more comfortable in. Ruibin is good, the mentor was impressed.

too much nerves I guess.ī trainees vocal training: Xiao Gui passable but nervous. I think he's really biased when it comes to vocals. LOL the mentor really liked it when there's a trainee that's willing to learn to sing. I'm not so sure with thaaaat.Ī trainees vocal training: what a tense atmosphere after they admitted that they're not confident in their vocals, and most of them are rappers. The schedule of their practice only has one slot for vocal training, then most of it was dance. Another Broduce moment when the A trainees nailed it (for the most part), then the F trainees failed so hard. This part when only the A trainees sang the song and didn't impress much, then the B trainees did it better was so Broduce hahaha So the dance part. OMG the mentor's reaction when all the trainees sang the song. Yas my bb Jeffrey continued raising his hand when the vocal mentor asked who's confident of being in charge of the vocals. I watched the raw version when it was released and understood a little bit since I asked someone from the discord server about certain parts of the episode, but this will help me understand most of it. Someone organize an introduction with him and Xukun already, help the kid out.) (Unrelated but, I also love that Zuo Ye's fanboying is still going strong, lmao. I know everyone still didn't make it, and even the ones who did got, like, one shot in the final performance, but even so I was so glad to see them rally and go for it again and succeed! even if only slightly.
KNOCKKNOCK LOVEYOUEP3 ENGSUBTITLEDRAMA MOVIE
Speaking of how I want to see the trainees grow and improve, the moment where the F rank trainees get their one! more! chance to qualify for the performance was so great, like a glorious underdog story movie irl. He's had it hard himself, going to train and debut in a different country, being mistreated by the company, coming back to China to start all over as a trainee and joining this show against all these younger kids (as his mom pointed out, bless), and now falling from B to F, and I'm so impressed that after everything he still has the determination and drive to keep going and working at it. Even like Yixing starting to yell at them all, and then catching himself in pointing out that they're all still young and inexperienced and have room to grow I really appreciated that, he could easily just have gone off on them and left, but the way it is I feel like the mentors, young though they are themselves, genuinely want to see these kids improve, like I do too, and - I don't know, I'm rambling slightly now, but it's nice to see, is my point.Īlso, in that vein, Qin Fen (I'm still getting used to not calling him Roi!) gathering up the F rank trainees to give them that motivational speech, I'm so proud.

I know a lot of the trainees messed up or did poorly in the re-evaluation videos, but I'm so glad that they got reminded so much that just because they fell in rankings doesn't make them just totally terrible, and also doesn't mean they can't rise, from there. I'm not done watching the whole thing yet (why is this episode so long, jeez), but one thing I really love is how they keep pointing out that the rank you're in is just where you are for now, and doesn't flat out determine your ability.
